Landscape House Zakopane is a settlement of six houses of 80 m2 and a house with 2 luxury flats of 92 m2 (ground floor) and 73 m2 (ground floor). Each house has a parking space at ground level and a private jacuzzi. The settlement of houses has been designed so that each house has an individually framed, unobstructed view of the panorama of the neighbouring Tatra Mountains. The houses are situated on a picturesque glade at the foot of the
Giewont, on the border of Zakopane and Kościelisko. The project, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Karpiel Steindel Architektura, is distinguished by a philosophy of shaping space that is unprecedented in this geographical region.

The fresh approach of the Podhale architects has been recognised in Europe. The settlement in Kościelisko became the best residential project, winning the European Property Awards 2022-2023 and receiving the title Europe's Best.
